Il miglior gelato di Lisandria. Grande equilibrio. Non esageratamente grasso come un’altra nota gelatiera in città, ne troppo acquoso come un’altra nota gelateria in città. Senza dubbio alcuno. Conoscendo il ricarico sulla materia prima, forse un poco costoso.
