Good food, traditional bread made locally and choice meat, high prices for the category.
Every now and then the person taking the orders gets the preferences expressed by the customers wrong. It doesn't inspire much in terms of hygiene standards: those who close the rolls also charge at the cash register without wearing gloves, near the tables there are also rubbish bins (not the best for those who end up at a table near the bins) and the The park area is full of manholes where in the past I happened to see some insects (the kiosk looks directly onto the park without separations, it doesn't inspire me much from a hygienic point of view).

I hadn't been to Demir for a long time, I found the same space sandwich with fantastic meat and perfectly cooked bread. More expensive than other kebabs but the top quality ingredients are worth the price. I'll come back to eat at the other place not far away where you can sit and I'll drink ayran 😀

The best kebab in Turin. Of course, it costs a little more, but the meat tastes very good and you can feel that it is artfully prepared and cooked. Turchi do it better! Open kitchen, fast service, be prepared for a few minutes of queuing at rush hour. They don't serve alcohol, so not even beer, but you know, wherever you go, whatever drink you find. Make yourself some hot tea and baklava and drink the beer afterwards.
Everyone knows it: Demir's kebab makes you sleep happy!

Visto le recensioni di questo posto, incuriosito ho provato il loro kebab di carne fassona piemontese, molto buono e ingredienti ottimi, prezzo un pò più alto del solito, ma li vale.
