KFC In Campi bisenzio

We were served by Leonardo, a very nice and kind boy, we will definitely return with the hope of finding him again.

We wanted to go there because they had told us good things about it, but we were a little disappointed. First of all I must tell you that the foods are completely different from those shown in the picture. And that if you take the large menu with the large basket of wings they give you the large drink and the large chips and the wings are always the same, of the same quantity. And if you want puree, get it large (explanation below). On the other hand, the wings were good, but the Classic had many things to complain about: not very stuffed, salty and small. At least the fries were good. Then some advice: take the medium drink, because there is a free refill and they give the glass empty; get the gravy, it's a lot like meat/chicken broth, and the mashed potatoes were very good. Mixed together they were fabulous!

La dipendente Lucia molto gentile, simpatica e socievole. Magari ci fossero altri dipendenti come lei.

Passando per caso al centro commerciale "I Gigli", non ho potuto fare a meno di notare l'insegna del Colonnello Sanders; ero di fronte al KFC. Davanti a me si presenta una coda interminabile, per non parlare dei numerosi cani al guinzaglio eccitati dal cibo. Arrivato finalmente alla cassa, dopo questi spiacevoli inconvenienti, chiedo alla cassiera due menu Colonel's Burger con coca cola, ma vengo subito interrotto (in maniera brusca) dalla venditrice, la quale mi comunica che tutte le bibite sono finite. Con enorme dispiacere mi reco dalla parte opposta munito di scontrino con numero per seguire il tabellone degli ordini, organizzato in maniera confusa; la gente accanto a me è affamata, e tutti col capo all'insù per afferrare il vassoio. Sembra di essere alla corse dei cavalli alla SNAI. Ricevuto il mio ordine vado al mio tavolo, precedentemente occupato con furbizia, a consumare il menù del colonnello. Tutto molto buono, oltre le aspettative. Quando succedono questi inconvenienti di esaurimento prodotti, però, bisogna mettere un cartello prima che inizi la fila, e non a tu per tu con il cassiere.
