The noodles themselves are good. If you choose a thicker ramen, the taste is still good. Unfortunately, I wanted to be vegetarian today, and the menu said vegetarians were welcome, so I came in. A regular portion of ramen costs 150 grams and costs €12. My husband ordered a beef noodle with thin noodles. Maybe he is more demanding. He said the noodles were too soft because he didn’t take a picture. In the impression, there were about 4-5 thin slices of beef noodles. Cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts and chili oil. My own vegetarian meal was a vegetarian today, so I asked the staff what options they had. It turned out that the vegetarian meal for him was the same price, but instead of the meat, there were 3 slices of cabbage, and the soup could be replaced with clear soup. Actually, I was a little surprised. Although I don’t know what the price index is in Italy. Meat and vegetables should be different, right? If the cabbage is expensive, it is recommended that the store can choose to add yellow bud white, at least it will look more cost-effective 🤭🤭 Ah, finally I want to say that the soup base of the clear soup is made with pepper, which is a bit spicy. It will be better to explain it next time. I, really, cannot eat spicy food 🤣 Overall, the noodles are good, as are the side dishes. If you don’t have high requirements, you can give it a try. In the end, the two of us ordered two noodles, one xiaolongbao "3 pieces", two side dishes, plus a tea egg, €45.50, not expensive, about mid-range.

I have been a lot of times and it's delicious every single time, I also like that you have available at every single table a little pot with a sort of spicy sauce, so you can increase to your liking the spiciness of your noodles. If they aren't super packed with people then the service goes very quickly. The staff is always nice as well.

Il locale è luminoso ed estremamente pulito. La cucina è a vista e i cuochi indossano divise linde e cuffie. La preparazione della pasta avviene in diretta dietro una parete di vetro. Si può scegliere tra sette formati di noodles, dai più fini ai più spessi, tra 2 quantità, da 150 e 200 grammi (rispettivamente a 12 e 14 euro), tra la versione in brodo e asciutta e, infine, con carne o vegetariana. Ottima sia la consistenza della pasta sia la cottura e finalmente, le pietanze non abbondante di sale. Servizio cortese. Noi a pranzo abbiamo preso 2 piatti di spaghetti e una bottiglia di acqua spendendo 27,5 euro. Ci torneremo
