First time and there will certainly be others. Simple exterior, managed interior with large spaces. Really excellent quality of raw materials, minimally processed fish is essential for me; a very interesting and assorted wine list. Good service, much appreciated and never predictable bitterness offered at checkout. See you soon:)

Excellent restaurant, slightly limited menu, excellent wine list, impeccable service, some flaws appear out of place for an ambitious establishment (services only with cold water in January and not heated, condiments on the table with mediocre and inadequate oil, it cannot be explained by the infinite number of companies producing national oil that is the envy of the whole world, and a final surprise, with dinner almost finished...a cloud of unpleasant vapors comes out of the kitchen and invades the dining room for the last joke of the evening) ...something remains to be improved...

Ristorante di pesce a Borreto. Piatti di pesce curati nell'estetica e di qualità ineccepibile. Il servizio è cortese e professionale. Prezzo adeguato al contesto. Consigliatissimo.

Il pesce qui è buono e ben servito. I piatti sono ben impiattati, le tavole nella sala principale sono tutte rotonde e credo sia un valore aggiunto per la socialità. Due sole persone a servire in sala nei week end con tanti clienti forse sono poche e il servizio ne risente. Ma la cucina alla fine valorizza tutto e la coppia dei fratelli Simone e Gianluca, aiutati dal bravo Massimo, funziona.
