Staff was nice, toilet was clean, but the food, even if not overpriced was not Worth it. It was edible, but not enjoyable. There Is picture of what we were expecting of serving (found that here in comments) and what we got

If you want to eat and not pay much in the very center of Genoa, I definitely recommend going here. Fresh, different food every day and friendly service.

The man who served us was very friendly, very nice. The fish was fresh and very tasty. There isn't much variety, but the dishes there are are very good. Thank you!

Food is OK. Food is only served on a paper plate and plastic fork on trays. Staff barely speaks English (not complaining, just for info)
