Very good food, nice and elegant place. The only flaw is the limited menu and something is often missing, staying on the menu theme.

It is not the classic Romagna tavern, it is a look beyond the Santerno plain. Rather short menu, as I prefer, but well centered, and equally divided between seafood and land dishes. Personally, I started with Bourgignon-style snails in a crust, tender and tasty, and then moved on to a very tender and tasty beef fillet, accompanied by potatoes with amazing butter, finishing with a vanilla panna cotta with caramel served in a deep dish, instead of in the classic cup, to enhance the combination of cream and caramel. Also worth mentioning is my wife's mixed fried food, worthy of a seaside location.
Quality raw materials, original and effective plating. The cellar is well stocked, including wines and spirits.

Locale fine e ben tenuto. Martina gentilissima e professionale. Primi buonissimi (consiglio i tortelloni alla carbonara scomposta), eccezionale la tagliata. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Da segnalare la facilità di accesso e praticità per i disabili!

Location molto carina e curata. Carta dei vini ricca e approfondita. Cibo assolutamente superlativo: primi di pesce con materie prime freschissime lavorate con sapienza ed accostate davvero bene. Fritto misto di pesce molto buono, antipasti e dolci molto curati e davvero prelibati. Cucina romagnola preparata (con grande sorpresa ) in modo creativo senza snaturare la tradizione. Servizio attento e gentile. Un posto in cui ritornare, interessante e finalmente non banale nel panorama imolese.
