Sometimes I start the week by telling myself that on the first day of rest I would like to go "to the hole". Yes, well, this is already enough to define the review as positive. The place fascinates me in all its aspects. Whether you sit outside, inside, at the counter or go to the toilet, I don't know... the vibration is positive! Will I be misled by an almost constant presence of a de ranke on tap? I don't know. For the moment… HEALTH!

Posto di nicchia, piccola perla nascosta nel centro di Udine. Ottima selezione di birre alla spina, sempre a rotazione, ed ottima selezione di bottiglie. Cucina sempre al top, il menù cambia in base alla stagione ed offre sempre qualche piatto tipico che (oltre ai toast e tramezzini) renderà l'esperienza assolutamente unica. I ragazzi al banco ed in cucina sono il fulcro e l'anima di questo locale

11/12/2023: We often go with friends for a drink and say Barman Mario number 1, his cocktails make you emotional, you can see that he puts all his passion and love into them when the rest of his colleagues also make them, always very kind and attentive to the customer's needs! Very nice, clean and tidy environment! I recommend the super excellent passion fruit cocktail! See you next drink

17/03/2024: The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was very good and well presented
25/02/2024: A restaurant on weekends and in the evening that becomes a trattoria during the week. Three chefs who produce a varied and traditional menu. There are traditional first courses and some variations. For vegetarians there are crepes (house specialities) and vegetable risotto. Classic choice of desserts. You sleep around 25-30 hours each if you pay a little attention. Bathrooms at -1 to be renovated but clean and functioning. Better to book in the evenings and weekends
