We'll be back! Very beautiful location. Perfect service, we appreciated the precise and relevant advice on both food and beverage. Excellent food, traditional recipes, some revisited. The bill was slightly high but, considering the quality of the raw materials, the good service and the well-cooked food, we didn't mind paying it. Keep it up guys, congratulations

Sono stato in questo ristorante con mia moglie e mia figlia nel week end del 7 e 8 ottobre...semplicemente TOP! Qualità molto alta del cibo e del vino, e locale caratteristico. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi umbri buonissimo. I primi eccezionali, abbiamo ordinato ravioli ripieni di coniglio in salsa agrodolce e spaghetti in salsa di cicoria, mazzafetiche e briciole di pane all'aglio. Prezzo giusto. Spero di tornarci presto!

02/04/2024: eravamo praticamente da soli il che non era un anticipazione incoraggiante.. ed invece.. ottimo polipo con patate come antipasto, pennette alla norcina squisite, gnocchi con il pesce fantastici e baccalà alla umbra speciale! ed anche il prezzo di 65 euro ottimo
18/03/2024: We stopped at Ristoranto il Piatto Forte on the way back from the cathedral. It is located in a quiet side street, Via del Forte. Sitting is pleasant inside, and on warm days also outside in the shade of the church walls. We had great pizza and beer. The service was very nice. The price was also good. I can only recommend.
