We ate outdoors with a beautiful sun, they have many good things, cold cuts, croutons etc..., I didn't try the other first courses, but unfortunately the ribollita was a simple minestrone... a disappointment!

A historic place in every sense. An obligatory stop for a good snack, based on local products, ...for those traveling along the Mugello state road between Dicomano and Barberino del Mugello... Definitely recommended by the international Jolly Club team.

Arrived at 12.50, started lunch at 3.00
And not because of the amount of people but because of some clever person who skipped the queue and the owners, busy taking orders and serving, didn't notice the skipping of the letter
I recommend placing an external number marker that also indicates the letter of the numbering as well as the number.
However in the end, good food as always and spectacular cake

It's an experience worth trying: I was passing by on a motorbike with friends; excellent products, from cold cuts to cheeses and even wine: super helpful and kind staff: crowded, but the places that deserve them are like that!

Si narra che quando uno entra alla Casa del Prosciutto da qualche parte nel mondo un nutrizionista muore. Da fuori sembra un locale anonimo ed inoffensivo ma appena varcata la soglia si entra nel vero paradiso in terra. La prima sala è una rivendita di gastronomia con la summa della toscanità ed il soffitto affrescato con veri prosciutti, si mangia invece di fianco in una graziosa piccola saletta con camino acceso, pochi tavoli e tanti sgabelli (non il massimo ma lo spazio è quel che è). Imperdibili gli antipasti, da provare i tortelli di patate, buoni i secondi con i suoi contorni, buonissimi i cantuccini in varie declinazioni. Vino rosso a sfare ovviamente. Si presta bene alla condivisione fra amici anche se è difficile trovare posto, lo spazio è poco ed il tempo che viene dato a disposizione è contato perché c’è sempre tanta gente fuori che aspetta. Servizio cortese ed efficiente, tanto parcheggio a disposizione ed anche una pista ciclabile per smaltire.

I have to say that the staff is so kind. I was alone and so wanted to get a table. I went in way ahead of time and they fit me in...The food was excellent, of course, the service and the energy...you must go!...but make a reservation ahead of time.
