They are usually pretty quick and stick to the times they give you over the phone. A bit small environment and you have to wait outside if you arrive early.

Excellent gluten-free pizza. Thin, well cooked and leavened. Rare thing. The service is precise and punctual. Really friendly staff. Our Friday evening would not be the same without the "la castellana" pizzeria
