L'ho scelta perché consigliatami e sono molto felice di essermi fidata. Personale gentilissimo e servizio veloce. Il posto è conosciuto per le birre (assolutamente da provare) e gli hamburger particolari e sfiziosi. Noi ci siamo lasciati invece tentare da un tagliere di salumi, un piatto di pappardelle al sugo di cervo (piatto del giorno fuori menù) e il pollo porchettato. Infine abbiamo provato il birramisù, una rivisitazione del tiramisù con la birra al posto del caffè, davvero delizioso. Tutto molto consigliato, tornerò volentieri!

Posto meraviglioso, personale al top. Pochi piatti ma fatti davvero con amore. Consigliatissime le birre e il birramisú.

Buona scelta di birre artigianali, cameriere simpatiche e gentilissime. Metto 5 stelle alla cucina sulla fiducia, perché ci sono stata solo per un aperitivo e gli stuzzichini offerti promettono bene.

Ristorante dell'Hotel Villa Edera E la Torretta

31/03/2024: A truly unique experience. Family management is the added value, not improvisation but 60 years of experience that can be seen by all. From the welcome to the cleanliness, to the courtesy and the quality of the food. My gluten intolerant wife found every possible pampering in the breakfast room, all strictly freshly cooked. Not to mention the extraordinary experience in the starred ORTO restaurant inside the Hotel. Raw materials and professionalism of the staff will repay the trust. Thanks to Orietta for her great availability and for the story of her family. The hotel is a few steps from the station which can be reached with a dedicated lift. Ideal for the Cinque Terre tour.
