We then ate snapper tartare with chicory and truffle, Carnaroli rice with cuttlefish ink with cuttlefish and clams, spaghetti with sea urchins (one of the best of my life), monkfish in stew with potatoes and olives (very soft), sliced ​​tuna in saor and babà (sensational)! Un'eccellenza. Cucina di pesce strepitosa, prodotti ottimi e piatti sfiziosi. Sono specializzati nel crudo, ma vi posso assicurare che snche un semplice piatto di cozze vi lascierà soddisfatti ed estasiati. Il servizio è imbarazzante ( da quanto è professionale), non ho mai visto uno staff così attento a qualsiasi dettaglio dei clienti e del locale. 7 stelle. 😀

Ci siamo indirizzati in 4 per il pranzo avendo letto recensioni molto, molto buone. Il locale è accogliente e molto bello ed il personale impeccabile. Forse il giorno domenicale, forse incappati in una giornata sfortunata, resta il fatto che non abbiamo potuto gustare il meglio della cucina di questo ristorante. Assaggiato tartare di tonno e di dentice che si sono dimostrate buone. La nota dolente sono state le linguine con vongole e cannolicchi. I cannolicchi immangiabili per la sabbia. Ci è stato detto che hanno servito stesso piatto ad altri commensali senza problemi per cui credo veramente che siamo stati sfortunati. Il personale si è mostrato comprensivo e non ci sono stati addebitati i piatti. Resta comunque il fatto che un ristorante di tale livello non dovrebbe incappare in tali incidenti. Spero che il direttore generale o proprietario del ristorante non replichi adducendo ragioni ma presti più attenzione in futuro alla qualità dei piatti per mantenere l'alta reputazione fattasi negli anni.
