Glancing at the menu, I'm excited to embark on a culinary adventure.For starters, I try the roasted veal tongue with Jerusalem artichokes, celery root, and pomegranate. The veal tongue is tender and tasty, blending perfectly with the earthy flavors of the artichokes and celery, while the pomegranate adds a refreshing kick.Next up, I dive into the potato cappuccino with lamb, chestnuts, and porcini mushrooms. The creamy soup is comforting, and the lamb adds a rich, savory touch that pairs well with the earthiness of the chestnuts and mushrooms.For pasta, I go for the smoked tagliolino with Zerli onion, rib sauce, and marinated egg yolk.
