Very tasty food in a great atmosphere. A timely restaurant with authentic Italian service. The price was slightly high, but the dishes were worth it.

Saturday evening we book dinner, a table for four at La Fiaschetta, a characteristic setting, friendly staff, we order two rigatoni amatriciana, tonnarelli cacio e pepe and tonnarelli gricio (cacio pepe and pork cheek), saltinbocca alla Romana, meatballs, everything plentiful, service excellent, very satisfied!

Posto accogliente, servizio cortese, ospitalità italiana classica. Menù tradizionale, semplice, ben cucinato. Sapori equilibrati, sia nei primi che nelle verdure. Vini ottimi. Consigliatissimo anche a pranzo. Prezzi adeguati, si pranza con 15-25 euro a seconda delle portate.

Un pranzo tra amiche dopo il lavoro in un posto suggestivo del centro di Roma, a noi sconosciuto ma ora non più! Si mangia molto bene perchè utilizzano buone materie, il personale è attento e presente. Abbiamo ordinato 2 paste all'amatriciana (ottime); 1 zuppa (piatto del giorno, perchè a parte il fisso propongono piatti diversi); verdure grigliate; cicoria all'agro; acqua; 1 calice di vino bianco e due caffè. Nel prezzo del coperto era incluso la degustazione dell'olio su pane che loro usano e vendono! Buona idea! Lavorando vicine il posto è stato ottimale per tutto. Torneremo.

07/04/2024: Authentic cuisine, very friendly service. The fried artichoke was delicious as a starter. The slow-cooked rabbit is also highly recommended. Very tasty food!
04/04/2024: Very great restaurant with a weekly changing menu. Great service. The dishes themselves are very unusual, for example they don't shy away from offal, which I find very positive, but there are also classics of Roman cuisine, such as cacio e pepe. We were all thrilled. Went there with 5 people and spontaneously got a place. But it is the absolute exception, so always make a reservation! 3 of our group are vegetarians and also had a good selection of dishes. Our waiter even advised at the table which dishes could be made vegetarian if you wanted to try something special. Really a TOP restaurant.

31/03/2024: Very welcoming environment with a warm atmosphere, you enter and immediately feel at home. The waitresses are very young, but very sweet, available and present at the same time. Dishes cooked with love and skill, every bite brings you additional pampering and taste buds that thank you more and more. Unfortunately I have half a photo of a first course because as soon as the courses arrived I immediately started eating and due to forgetfulness I don't have any decent ones, I'll make up for it. And finally the Owners, correction of the review that I had forgotten because I was too absorbed by the quality of the food, the Owners of an education and friendliness that is good for the heart, every so many times they go around the tables to ask everyone how everything is going and chat willingly with customers (WHAT IS RARE). It's the second time I've been back and I don't miss a beat, chapeau. I highly recommend
