Going to the Giara is like going back forty years, rustic surroundings and characteristic healthy, genuine food. Owner very welcoming waitresses I tasted the orecchiette with turnip greens and the drunken soup cooked in wine. Secondly, the owner was kind enough to let me try the horse sausage and scamorza because half portions are also available. The excellent desserts are a marvel of pear, fig and walnut tart while still warm. What can I say, I will definitely be back as soon as possible, thanks again.

Ate for the first time in this historic Apulian restaurant. Both the panzerotti and the braciole (rolls) with sauce are excellent. Good choice of wines. I will be back to try new dishes...

Devi sapere cosa ti aspetti... è una trattoria con cibo casalingo, come se andassi dalla nonna. Ambiente rustico e semplice con le panche. Cibo semplice, buono, gustoso e porzioni discrete. Personale simpatico . Alla domenica ci sono tante famiglie con e senza bambini. Tavolate con compleanni di adulti. Buoni anche i prezzi dei piatti.

A true 100% Apulian tavern, not only in the menu, with a predominance of grilled meat, but also in the choice of wines where the proposals are exclusively from that region.
I opted for a burrata, very good and then finished with a grilled horse steak: excellent!

At dinner with friends. Kindness and excellent service! Exquisitely Apulian menu and generally good quality food from my table. My ribeye and pickled vegetables were good. The stracciatella is very good. The wine list is also good. Honest prices.
