Very filling sandwich, accompanied by french fries, all very good.

Fantastic, freshly prepared food that comes quickly, even when the restaurant is packed.

Ribs not bad, but T-bone steak disappointing considering the price of 40+ euros. Service not very attentive.

Excellent burgers, it's a shame they don't make the passate la donna anymore, among the best burgers ever made in the history of sandwiches

My girlfriend and I regularly frequent the place, whether to book a table or take away. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is always served promptly and is of excellent quality. They offer a wide choice of sandwiches and various delicacies. Everything excellent! Well done! The best!

Local located in the beautiful Piazza del Duomo in Messina. Among other things, it offers excellent meat dishes, we tried the burgers and were remarkably satisfied!! The gluten-free one is also excellent... The little game proposed by a girl on the staff who passes between the tables with a deck of cards is nice. If you draw a crazy card, you don't pay for the drink. It's all true! We were among the lucky ones.... The selection of beers was numerous and of a good standard. The only flaw, however not attributable to the restaurant, is the constant passing by the external tables of various types and genres who try to sell you something or simply ask for offers for the most disparate reasons! I can understand and even contribute, but more than 20 requests while eating a burger can become annoying.... The bill, without considering the "won" burger, was average for other similar places. In this case it was definitely money well spent. We will be back with pleasure!!

I chose this sandwich shop for the reviews and for the sympathy aroused by the name, la matta, understood as king of money. We took two sandwiches (with a mutual exchange of tastes) and I must say that they were exceptional. With every bite you can feel the quality of the products and the search for the right balance. If I really have to find a flaw, for the bread (which is still good) I would have used a more homemade type, so as to be local to the core, like the card game which is the emblem of the place. An excellent experience to repeat

Servizio molto celere e simpatico il personale che interfaccia serenamente con la clientela. Locale non molto grande ma in posizione strategica (in piazza Duomo, nel cuore del centro storico). Prezzi giusti e porzioni abbondanti ma, se devo fare una critica costruttiva, non ho gradito il pane in quanto non sembrava fresco di giornata. A parte questa piccola pecca, lo consiglio.

Came in for a draught beer. Got Affligem Rouge. Fresh and good. Within sight of the Astronomical Clock. Nice little place. Burgers looked excellent. Good atmosphere. Recommended for a quick drink and bite.
