Today Easter 2024 we left Fasano BR not knowing how the day was going to evolve because for us coming to the "LA Montanara" restaurant, not knowing the place, was an unknown.........FABULOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO UP GUYS.... the location, everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff was very welcoming and professional, we would like to thank everyone, Daniele in particular...... WOULD LIKE TO RETURN

Fantastic experience. Raw mushroom with lemon, salt, oil, rocket and parmesan flakes. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and roasted mushroom... what about the panna cotta, a delight for the palate, I couldn't resist for the photo...

I went for lunch today with my children, the place is very welcoming and well-kept. As for the food, unfortunately we were not very happy with the pairings such as cod with white chocolate and black cherry which tasted terrible. The tagliatelle with mushrooms were good but the portion was very small like the other courses. For the rest, the waiters were very kind but I think the pairings of the food because traditional is much better.

Everything perfect, impeccable cuisine. I give a 5 to the courage to manage a place that ate a lot and well but without attention to detail. those who came later found a place with attention to luxury with a cost that was certainly fair in terms of what they invested. We returned because we remembered the old management of everything and more at a price to suit all budgets...but now it has an extraordinary environment and gourmet dishes. certainly not everyone will agree to the change. what can I say: excellent staff. Excellence would be to reduce the dishes by a few euros

Excellent in everything, I don't know what the old management was like and I don't make comparisons, I think comparisons are useless. The new management wanted to create its own image and a new culinary style, with a set of flavors that create the gourmet dishes offered, keeping in mind the place where it is located and also combining the sea with the mountains. The place is welcoming and with attention to the smallest details and I can only congratulate Carmine, Daniel, Cristian, Gabriella and Domenico and wish them many and infinite satisfactions. Good work

I had dinner in this very well-known place, it has changed a lot both in the environments and in the way of cooking which is much more modern and refined. I liked some dishes and some less but I must say that I will definitely go back because I was still impressed. Highly recommended.

Buona la tartare con la soia e l’antipasto di salumi misti locali.
Molto buona la tagliatella con i funghi (qualche fungo in più e una tagliatella più spessa l’avrebbe resa perfetta).
Deludenti le ribs: taglio troppo grasso, troppo cotte e farinose invece di essere succulente. Servizio gentile.
