Historic bakery in Ascoli Piceno with 3 sales points. I've been to this one on Via Murri. It is famous for its RED PIZZA, low and almost crunchy, Roman-style, which actually goes away in a very short time. In fact, it is better to either go early in the morning or return late in the morning. The WHITE PIZZA is also excellent and can be accompanied with anything, from cured meats to cheeses or tasted on its own. As for bread, I found the BREAD WITH SOUR YEAST very good. On the dessert side, I tried the typical Ascoli dessert, the famous "F'STINGHE", a sort of gingerbread with chocolate, must, dried figs and dried fruit. Really tasty. Honest prices and very kind staff.

Ero di passaggio ad Ascoli con mio marito, su consiglio di conoscenti ci siamo fermati e sono stata tentata dalla vetrina di prodotti e consigliata dai clienti abituali che si trovavano nel forno ho preso parecchie cosine… che dire la pizza rossa è la migliore mai mangiata in un forno, la crostata con le noci una coccola, abbiamo assaggiato anche altri dolcetti e il pane, devo fare solo tanti complimenti perché era tutto buono, fresco e si sentiva che i prodotti sono fatti da loro. Spero di tornarci presto!!!

La pizza bianca e rossa più buona di Ascoli, il pane casereccio è il top!!

Il forno produce prodotti di ottima qualità, pane di vario genere r forma. Ottima la focaccia se consumata nel giro di alcune ore ed anche la "pizza rossa" che si acquista a peso. Un po' diversa dalla tradizionale pizza, é di fatto una focaccia con sopra il pomodoro. Molto gustosa....
