Panzerotti a dir poco buoni, leggeri, sfiziosi e si sente davvero che sono fatti con ingredienti di ottima qualità, unica pecca mangiare nei piatti di carta con forchette di plastica come alla fiera paesana non è il massimo

A fantastic unexpected discovery like feeling in Puglia,
Panzerotti are good to say the least, light, tasty and you can really feel that they are made with excellent quality ingredients, the only flaw is that eating on paper plates with plastic forks like at the village fair is not the best

Exceptional panzerotti fresh and freshly prepared. Even the first ones are very tasty, excellent bowlers. Traditional Apulian desserts, delicious pasticciotti!

A wonderful discovery to recover from a "burnt potato". Excellent dough, perfect cooking, well-worked ingredients (dried turnip greens, non-greasy sausage). Simple and nice place. Worth repeating. Better than the usual pizzas.

I wanted to bring a friend from Turin to try the panzerotti!
As a Pugliese I have to say that they are good. It should be noted that Puglia is large, so those expecting the classic huge panzerotto with very thin dough typical of the Brindisi area will be disappointed. The panzerotti from the Bari/Foggia area are not very large and the dough is less thin, but still porous, exactly like those you will find at "La Panzerotteria". Therefore they ultimately reflect the Apulian panzerotto of that area. The ingredients are of excellent quality, taste and dough.
The Pettole on the other hand (or as they call them in the Bari/Foggia area Popizza) do not at all reflect the consistency and taste to which I am used. But even in this case it could depend on tradition.
I remember that Puglia is long and the culinary traditions, even for the same products, can change when you are 140km (Bari-Brindisi) away despite being part of the same region!
Friendly and pleasant staff. We'll be back.
The panzerotti are definitely worth trying!

The place is beautiful, rustic but welcoming, the staff is kind and professional. However, their cuisine is the real highlight, SPECTACULAR! If you don't go there you're wrong and if you go there, you won't be able to do without it anymore.

Con mia moglie abbiamo deciso una sera di cenare in maniera informale ed abbiamo scelto questo piccolo ma accogliente locale tipico Pugliese. Il menu' è ben fornito..si vai dai classici panzerotti mozzarella e pomodoro a quelli piu' ricercati tipo il "Norcia"con mozzarella salsiccia e tartufo e..SORPRESONA!! La bonta' la leggerezza e la freschezza degli ingredienti è incredibile..tutto è splendidamente equlilbrato e davvero BUONO. Da notare che i vari panzerotti vengono preparati all'istante quindi nulla di oleoso e pesante..quindi FINALMENTE possiamo mangiare anche a Torino i veri panzerotti Pugliesi..Assolutamente raccomandato !!
