Typical Roman trattoria, being small I recommend booking. The dishes offered are typical of the Roman tradition, with the possibility of some variations (such as gricia scarciofata). Very friendly and approachable staff, what we ate was all good. The only small flaw is that they only have donuts and cakes for desserts.

I don't post photos, you find enough of them around and then...then they're not useful, they wouldn't yield and they wouldn't exude enough authenticity and Romanness like the food, the environment and the wonderful people who work there do. It's all as you expect if you're looking for grandma's house inside a tavern, if you want something else then go somewhere else which is better. Wooden table, paper tablecloth, solid white plates and a single glass. In short, like your grandmother's. And then because at grandma's house you could stick stickers wherever you wanted and here there are all kinds, from funny to risqué ones and they all make you laugh and make you want to look at them all. Ah, as soon as you enter you smell homemade food, like it used to be. The good and tasty one! I would have tasted everything on the menu, everything!! Warm bread that seems to have come out of a wood-fired oven seems banal but it isn't; with the perfect appetizer of capicollo and salami accompanied by 4 varieties of olives it is perfect. What about the gricia with artichokes or the macaroni with tail sauce... you name it, the perfectly clean plate complete with the obligatory final slipper says it all. Ah, if you're not full, trust Sandro and his advice on homemade cantucci with vin santo. Not a glass eh... they place the whole bottle in the center of the table and you do as you like!! €20 each seems unreal but it's true. It's all 5 star, with friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that are nothing short of exceptional. To return at least once a month...or maybe more

Familiar place, a bit forcedly Roman, from the "noi semo cos" series. Good food, not excellent, average. The bulk wine is very good. If you want to feel comfortable in a nice restaurant, this place is perfect. Super rustic and fun Rastafarian waiter! Thank you for the evening!!!

Spettacolare ristorante di cucina tipica romanesca. Cibo veramente eccezionale. Menù minimale come vuole la tradizione. Carbonara ed involtini superlativi. Peccato la fede romanista 😂😂😂 Da non perdere....

Locale piccolo in zona Medaglie d’oro. Cucina tipica romana, ben condita e con porzioni giuste. Nota di merito il pane caldo( veramente delizioso) e la cicoria ripassata. Molto buone le ciambelle con il vin santo. Conto nella norma
