31/03/2024: The strong point of this restaurant is undoubtedly the location, especially if you are lucky enough to eat on the terrace, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Roman countryside. We weren't very lucky with the weather, I imagine that on clear days the view is truly enchanting.
We ate well, even if without any cravings.
The very generous seafood starter, the fried baby octopus, the well-made fried calamari and prawns, the seared octopus. All good.
As first courses, fresh tagliolini with clams and bottarga and the octopus calamarata which I found a little doughy due to the potato cream. But here mea culpa, I should have taken it without the initial appetizer.
Attentive service, with friendly staff from telephone booking to managing the dishes.
With a bill of 197 euros for 5 of us with 2 children who eat very little, so around 40 euros each, including wine, it seems like a good value for money.
I would happily return to try other dishes.
