01/04/2024: Today our palates were delighted with chef Sangiacomo's dishes. Impeccable lunch, kind and attentive service, welcoming and relaxing environment. Each dish, with the precision of the presentation, the cooking and the consistencies, made us understand the great technique in the kitchen, never an end in itself, but applied to the exaltation of the raw materials. The apotheosis was then reached with the pigeon which, alone, is worth the visit to the tavern. In short, we should go back, we should try it and the chef should definitely be rewarded
01/04/2024: We came here specifically to eat the Florentine steak as described on a site, one of the best places to eat a good Florentine steak, but honestly we have eaten much better ones in other places. The cured meats and tagliatelle were delicious. Instead the coffee was burnt.
Coming from Florence, before going down to Salerno we chose this place to stop, but the road is a state road and full of curves and it's a lot quicker if you come from Montepulciano, Sinalunga, Castelnuovo than if you come from Florence.
For the rest everyone was kind and courteous.
