We finally found a chef who cooks and cooks very well! You don't need packaged ravioli. He makes the ravioli, seen with our eyes. The borage and braised ravioli with winter pesto are exceptional: fine pasta, tasty filling and super seasoning. The Ligurian rabbit is also super, accompanied - at my request - with pan-fried Romanesco cabbage with a little anchovy. The owners carefully choose the ingredients and take care of the details in the kitchen. For example, they use extra-virgin oil from Damiano, one of the most serious producers in the area. The photo with oil from another brand is old. The desserts are also very good: one bunet and the other dessert - invented by the chef - based on very thin slices of marinated pineapple, seasoned with pink pepper, anise, mint, washed down with sparkling wine, with a scoop of ice cream. The chef knows how to be creative. The winter pesto is his creation, very good indeed. The portions are good: to be clear, they are not nouvelle cuisine. Let's have lunch! You can't taste it! The cost was 80 euros, for two, with a bottle of wine and the offer of a small appetizer of veal with tuna sauce, very good. In short, after last night "La Tavernaccia" will become our point of reference, since we were really desperate due to the disappointments we had in Imperia. Furthermore, digestion went well, without heaviness or other problems. If I understand correctly, this restaurant opened two months ago. So many photos and reviews refer to the previous management. I highly recommend La Tavernaccia to gourmets and to those who give importance to the quality of food.

In questo locale molto caldo e accogliente, abbiamo cenato in modo semplice, con sapori autentici e allo stesso tempo, con un tocco di ricercatezza . Complimenti al cuoco ma anche a tutto lo staff , davvero gentile e premuroso. Ottimo antipasto misto, primi favolosi e i pesci freschissimi che ti portano prima a visionare, li ritrovi nel piatto puliti e con contorni deliziosi . Dolci squisiti . Consigliatissimo !!
