Dinner based on typical local products. Real quality mixed starters. Delicious first courses with truffles. The open kitchen was much appreciated. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent cuisine, very good oil they produce. Friendly and prepared staff. We were there a year ago and returned. Always high level! We return every time we are in the area and this time too they did not disappoint. Renovated place, very nice and always delicious dishes!

Found by chance in front of the Clitumno Springs. As soon as we sat down, we had an excellent tasting of our own production oil which we happily purchased. Ate very well! The stuffed pasta, mixed grill and baked potatoes were really good. The Verdicchio and tiramisu are also excellent. And then the impeccable service, Giulia and Settimio very kind! And the music is truly suitable for a relaxing lunch surrounded by nature. We will come back to try your fish dishes too! 🌈✨🌸😊😊

Mouth-watering! Umbrian cuisine made with wisdom, good wine list and exquisite extra virgin olive oil produced by them! The staff is very kind and makes you want to become their friends :-) Try everything, even the fish dishes!

A round of applause for the really nice, elegant, precise, clean place as well as the beautiful porch for eating outside, but for the rest we are not there. Like other reviews made by non-occasional reviewers, there seems to be a bit of confusion in the kitchen and in the management of the dining room. Maybe unlucky? Maybe?!? First of all, I would like to underline the biblical waiting times for all diners, not just for our table. For a starter tartare we waited more than half an hour. Same timing for the first ones. Then we didn't eat anything else so as not to finish lunch at dinner time. I would say the tartare is discreet, not very well prepared with a knife. We didn't have the first courses, as for the "taglioliva" they tasted really good but the pasta was very overcooked. Instead, the truffle strangozzi are also good in taste but literally drowned in oil. As for the service, I didn't appreciate the waiter's manner, as if he were annoyed because we didn't get the wine or the second course. Ok the commercial soul but very revisable in the ways. So I would say NI, you can certainly find worse but also better. So my advice is: pay more attention in the kitchen and tell the guy who probably owns it to review his ways a little. If we are passing through we will try again maybe it will be the right time!

Couple's lunch. After seeing Alessandro Borghese's broadcast, we decided to leave Rome and try this restaurant. The idea of ​​tasting the 3 oils is nice... very friendly staff (a little too slow though... we waited almost 45 minutes for a first course!!), good food and wine. Nice place outside (today we took advantage of it given the splendid day), nice and clean inside too. Prices and portions normal. We recommend it!

Not a bad restaurant. Possibility to eat gluten-free. Friendly staff but a little slow. Quite nice and quiet environment. There is a staircase to enter and I don't know if there are ramps for wheelchairs (to check) otherwise everything is ok
