Osteria rustica con personale alla mano e buon cibo. Abbiamo cenato molto bene, eccellenti i tortelli di ortica, buoni i opassatelli(forse con un tocco di limone inpiu' del necessario) e anche il coniglio in porchetta. Una boccia di rosso piceno caffe e grappa 75 euro. Valido e piacevole

Not very large restaurant in the center of Urbino, simply furnished, where you are warmly welcomed by the staff and the delicious aromas of the kitchen. The products are local, "zero" km and the flavor confirms it. Friendly staff, willing to talk about the "cuisine", the tradition and recommend dishes and wine. Excellent value for money. Worth trying, remember to book.

The place is not large but welcoming, we ordered...olives all'ascolana, ham culatta, crescia... passatelli in broth,...veal shank, porchetta from the Marche region,...chocolate cake. Good quality and quantity, excellent prices for the first courses, average for the rest. Good service, friendly owner.

Excellent food, nice, homely and comfortable environment. Valuable selection of reds from the Marche region, in particular the Lacrima di Morra d'Alba is truly remarkable. I will definitely go back

E' aperto solo a cena. Indubbiamente merita una visita. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Locale in pieno centro , aperto solo a cena. Il menù propone piatti molto gustosi, a base di prodotti locali. Massima digeribilità . Ottimo il servizio. Consigliabile la prenotazione ed anche l'arrivo non molto più tardi dell'ora di apertura , ossia 18,30.

21/03/2024: I have been to this trattoria a few times along the Flaminia in Fano, suitable for dinners with friends The piadina with cold cuts and herbs are the best, followed by the meat The managers are very kind and helpful Ilivake is quite spacious, a little dated but reflects the proposals on the menu

Cucina Dialettale da Rolando

31/03/2024: A historic venue with traditional "dialectal" cuisine and quality products at a fair price. Excellent food with ancient flavors which is rare today. We went there on Easter day full local not easy to manage everything perfect and fast. A courteous and precise service with Rolando a "host" and a great host capable of entertaining customers in an excellent way and making you feel at home.
16/03/2024: I was with friends at the now timeless and unsurpassed Rolando, who for decades has been delighting palates with truffle-based meat recipes We ordered a complete menu, the ravioli and game meat were divine, all accompanied by some excellent local wine The look of the restaurant has remained intact, frames of famous people and awards make this place one of the top dialect cuisines in the region Rolando and his children are very kind and make you feel at home, then as usual in some moments of the evening Rolando acts as a brief entertainer with some of his local stories that gave life to the dialect cuisine All perfect
