Good piadina, excellent ingredients, very nice manager 😎

My favorite piadina in Bologna 🧡 Honest prices (6€ the classic raw squacquerone rocket) and high quality of both the dough and the ingredients. The only flaw is the oil they use to season the piadina: terrible taste, I'd say acidic, which reminds me of that of the single-portion packages that take you to certain cheap places.

the place has everything a piadina could have: great staff, quality piadinas and a welcoming atmosphere. I am definitely a regular visitor because of the excellent service
