L'Acchiatura In Racale

Dopo diversi anni siamo ritornati in questo ristorante che ci ha sempre sorpreso positivamente. I piatti assaggiati, sempre ottimi e ben presentati, in questa cornice unica ed estremamente accattivante, hanno reso piacevole anche questa esperienza culinaria. Il servizio sembra leggermente peggiorato e meno attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ritorneremo presto.....spero!

An honest, unpretentious restaurant, offering authentic top quality dishes and exquisite service. Additionally a very pleasant environment with a lovely small inside yard, an interesting wine list and a hospitable owner. Special mention to the mature gentleman that was serving our table. You have to visit Racale, only for the shake of this restaurant.

We were there on Monday, a mixture of fabulous appetizers, the octopus 🐙 excellent, the service and the place is fabulous Definitely worth trying

It's not the best, appetizers are normal, in fact some courses should be hot and instead they were already ready, like the beef was a slab, the condiments "oil, vinegar, salt, pepper were absent, married, a few more minutes of cooking were needed because they stuck to the tooth, the fried fish was excellent.

The historic building from the year 1000 in the center of Racale is truly suggestive. Halls, rooms, internal courtyard are wonderful. The staff are attentive and efficient. Giuseppe, very good, speaks at least 4 languages ​​and his kindness and skills were much appreciated But let's get to FOOD. Certainly the best restaurant during our holiday in Puglia. We enjoyed the delicious and numerous tastings of appetizers, the octopus in a piñata, the fish soup and finally a delicious homemade almond ice cream. All accompanied by an excellent organic rosé wine (Nui simu Nui). The evening passed pleasantly thanks also to the perfect musical background The menu offering is very varied and appetizing. Out of habit we never return to the same restaurant during the holidays. But let's consider making an exception. Well done, you have fully met our expectations, congratulations!

Overrated in my opinion. Rooftop closed due to missing service personal. Very nice inner rooms in historic building. Even a magician (which we had servicing us speaking at least 4 languages) could not give us the attention we expected. Very fairly priced antipasti misti is diverse and good, but I missed a personal touch in the dishes making them different than the others. Manager did not help out occupied in administrative duties on a Friday night.

Siamo stati a cena qualche sera fa: location molto suggestiva, soprattutto se si siede ai tavoli nei cortiletti interni. Abbiamo mangiato dei buoni piatti di pesce ad un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il polipo in pignata e la tagliata di tonno. Non abbiamo gradito invece il vino bianco della casa. Nel complesso, consiglio di provarlo; noi sicuramente torneremo. Unica piccola pecca: l’impersonalità e l’eccessiva fretta del servizio ai tavoli - a differenza del personale in entrata che è stato molto cortese.

Incantevole location, servizio e cibo ottimi...ci ritornerò senza ombra di dubbio. Grazie

Oramai un posto del cuore. Location da sballo nel pieno centro storico di Racale (LE). Menù Salentino DOCG per tutte le esigenze. Servizio impeccabile ed ottima carta dei vini. Prezzo in linea con quanto servito.
