Uno dei panini più buoni mai assaggiati. Perfetta la schiacciata, croccante ma soffice, perfetto il roastbeef, rosa al centro, che si scioglie in bicca, perfetto il ripieno, melanzane grigliate e cipolle caramellate. Un equilibrio mistico tra acido, dolce, sapido, croccante, un'esplosione di gusto. Merita una tappa, veramente, non scherzo, fateci un salto e cincedetevi una pausa pranzo degna di questo nome. Il locale è piccolissimo, arredato con gusto e molto carattere, ma il panino che si mangia qui è buonissimo. Cinque stelle meritatissime.

Wir waren abends für Cocktails da und die waren wirklich sehr gut und kreativ! Der Barkeeper absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns gute Empfehlungen gemacht. Super schöne Bar.

10/03/2024: Excellent dinner, my partner and I booked for a Saturday evening. The place looks inviting and intimate with few seats but for this reason also intimate. You can choose the à la carte menu or have a tasting menu (if seated before 9.30pm) which we highly recommend! All courses were refined, curated and specifically designed to create a mix of flavors perfectly married to each other and a sensorial experience for the diner. The service is attentive, my partner was pregnant at the time of dinner and they paid attention to everything, we have a small dog and they even set up the table for us with a bowl of water ready. The waiters are very kind but never intrusive. Highly recommended for a special dinner!!!
09/03/2024: We had a great time at the restaurant. Perfect welcome with a waiter who spoke French very well and who knew how to put us at ease from the start. Excellent cuisine in a warm and chic atmosphere. What else do you want ? We will come back with pleasure during our next stay in Florence 👍

Cantinetta delle Terme

06/04/2024: What to say! Sometimes are moments or places when you speak or like to give an opinion you are near to ruining everything, so better just to say Perfect!
06/04/2024: I was so surprised by the cantinetta. Best fish menu ever in Florence and really enjoyed the wine. It's like having south Italy in a cosy and welcoming place in city centre. Paccheri with royal crab is a must and fried squids too
