a bit pretentious restaurant, compared to the quality and quantity of dishes served. A mixed cold cuts and cheese starter platter for 3 people. The first few were also good, but nothing exceptional. Good wines, but unprofessional service (even if the staff is very kind and helpful). Excessive cost for what is offered.

The old school environment and the beautiful wine list written by hand... gave it such a charm. We were recommended an amazing wine, and my girlfriend is still talking about that duck ragu with orange taste. I also tasted a bird meat that was amazing. Will def recommend for a more typical classic experience

Capitati casualmente e rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Una tartara di carne ai 10 sapori preparata al tavolo con una maestria eccezionale direttamente dal titolare che ci ha raccontato di aver imparato questa ricetta quando lavorava al Ritz di Parigi negli anni ‘60. Chianti biologico molto buono e caffè servito addirittura con tazzina e coperchio. Un tuffo nel passato, nella qualità e nella tradizione. Meraviglia

Menù per i turisti. Niente di particolare per il classico Toscano o anche il classico Italiano. Locale vecchio, poco moderno, arredi vecchi come età di moda. Piatti buoni ... porzioni non estremamente abbondanti. Prezzi alle stelle per ciò che viene offerto (servizio e quantità di portata). Servizio lento. Capisco che la cucina è espressa ma non ci si giustifica dicendo che siamo arrivati tutti nello stesso momento, un vero ristorante si sa organizzare e gestisce bene la situazione senza fare aspettare per un antipasto (del semplice prosciutto) 45 minuti.

05/03/2024: Excellent rib, 2kg portion for three people, more than the right quantity. Tasty pecorino fondue appetizer, side dish of baked potatoes and the inevitable green beans in the flask. Definitely a stop if in the area! Correct price and quality.
16/02/2024: Great grilled meats. Service was a little overwhelmed by the lunch crowd, no problem with parking.

06/04/2024: Excellent experience, fast and friendly service, friendly and polite staff. Delicious food, both gluten-free and with. Bread with and without gluten arrived, excellent pici. Restaurant in the centre, easy to reach. Advise!
06/04/2024: Very nice restaurant with fantastic food. Probably the best restaurant in Siena. The Ossobuco is a must-try.
