Have been 4 times with my friends. Atmosphere is always on the top! Highly recommended borsch soup and Georgian dumplings.

Without a doubt one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had by far. I ate here back in December and I still dream of the borscht I had here. Such a shame that I don’t live in Milan.

Delicious dishes with very particular flavours, if you don't know Georgian-Uzbek cuisine I recommend you try it, very spicy and tasty. The house chicken was something out of the ordinary, as was the cheese "pizza".. quite honest prices for Milan and the portions!

First time at Uzbek, we tried starters, main courses, main courses and desserts, we enjoyed it, even if some portions seemed small, such as the stew and the chicken; I recommend the soups and dishes with rice

The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, the service is kind and the food is really good. I don't give 5 stars because the final bill in my opinion is high even for Milanese standards... Yes, consider that the raw materials, although high quality, are intrinsically cheap, as Uzbek cuisine tends to be poor. Still, definitely worth a try

Tutto bene, buoni piatti, abbastanza fedeli alle tradizioni uzbeke. Ottimo servizio e ambiente piacevole. Ho dato solo 4 stelle perché ritengo che 22€ per un piatto di riso plov siano decisamente eccessivi

Finalmente ho provato Uzbek dopo tanto tempo che mi promettevo di andarci. Che dire, attesa ripagata! Per quanto il conto sia medio-alto (ca. 120€ in due), l'esperienza è stata ottima e sento di promuoverla sotto ogni punto di vista: locale elegante, chic/raffinato con richiami alla cultura originaria; personale super cordiale, sempre pronto a dare spiegazioni o consigli sui piatti (un plauso in particolare alla ragazza in sala, una preparazione eccellente e un sorriso accogliente); menù accattivante, non posso dire quanto sia fedele alle origini, ma sicuramente tutto preparato con maestria e gusti convincenti, dagli antipasti al risotto e al dessert, vodka finale compresa. Forse non per tutti i palati, ma l'esperienza appaga la curiosità e consiglio indubbiamente di provare. A presto!

Esperienza sicuramente da fare. Cucina molto genuina in un posto curato e di buon livello. Bella scelta di vodka. I piatti naturalmente sono di una tradizione diversa dalla nostra ma da provare per questo.
