I came to try some quality sushi and not the classic AYCE ones, I was satisfied. Mostly friendly and distinguished staff, I would have appreciated some suggestions beyond what I intended to try but, overall, excellent raw materials and average prices.

If you are looking for a place that combines sophistication and elegance without conveying unnecessary presumption or generating discomfort, the Tipanan is the perfect choice!! This is my second time having dinner at Tipanan with my sister, and I can guarantee it certainly won't be the last. The interior room is elegant, and the environment is welcoming, with excellent service from the entire staff. If you are vegetarian, no problem! The menu offers a wide range of options, and the staff is attentive to every need and request, happy to recommend combinations and more. Personally, I wanted to experiment with a combination of Asian and Italian cuisine, mixing the two traditions with a tofu appetizer and bronze-drawn spaghetti. The dish on the menu contained, among other things, anchovies, but when I kindly asked the waiter if it was possible to remove them to make the dish vegetarian, he promptly agreed to my request. All accompanied by an excellent white wine and followed by a delicious dessert. What to say? A divine experience! When the passion for high quality cuisine combines with professionalism, in a relaxing and refined environment, the result can only be a success.

Ristorante sul mare raffinato e accogliente. Servizio attento, curato dalla splendida e gentile Mirea. Ottima cucina di pesce, sia italiano che giapponese. Cantina eccellente.

Una piacevole scoperta. Posizionato sul mare, gode già di un vantaggio innegabile. Pietanze molto buone e prezzo in linea con locale. Molto attento il personale.
