A young tavern managed with care, a small wedding favor in the heart of Matelica that welcomes you in an informal, rustic but tasteful environment that makes you feel at ease and welcome. The dishes reflect this philosophy: we start from tradition, which you find in the pasta or handmade Ascoli olives, introducing variations that are wisely not too daring and therefore pleasant and successful. The Latini ravioli, seasoned with apple, cured bacon and shallots, are truly excellent and the meat stands out for its quality and genuine flavour, enhancing even less commonly used parts such as the cheek. Last but not least, classic desserts, but masterfully executed, such as crescia filo pastry and a local Merlot red wine with excellent quality/price.
P.s. Confirming the profound thought underlying the project, books on local or ecological themes discreetly populate the tables, in a desirable contamination between food and culture stimulated by the presence of the beautiful municipal library opposite. Well done!!.

This small restaurant in the historic center of Matelica is worth discovering. Unique and non-trivial dishes and the kindness and friendliness of the owner made our experience even more pleasant. Excellent value for money, I recommend their tagliatelle alla matellicese and the crazy desserts

Un'osteria giovane gestita con cura, piccola bomboniera nel cuore di Matelica che ti accoglie in un ambiente informale, rustico ma di gusto, che ti fa sentire a tuo agio e benvenuto. I piatti rispecchiano questa filosofia: si parte dalla tradizione, che ritrovi nella pasta o nelle olive ascolane fatte a mano, introducendo varianti saggiamente non troppo ardite e per questo gradevoli e riuscite. I ravioli Latini, conditi con mela, pancetta affimicata e scalogno, sono davvero ottimi e le carni si segnalano per qualità e sapore genuino, valorizzando anche parti di solito meno usate come la guancia. Dulcis in fundo dessert classici, ma magistralmente eseguiti, come la crescia sfogliata e un vino rosso Merlot locale con un'eccellente qualità/prezzo.
P.s. A conferma del pensiero profondo sotteso al progetto, libri su temi locali o ecologici popolano discretamente i tavoli, in un'auspicabile contaminazione tra cibo e cultura stimolata dalla presenza della bella biblioteca comunale dirimpetto. Bravi!!.

I went there recently with my boyfriend. We loved it: delicious dishes and a homely atmosphere with attention to detail. Welcoming and very kind staff: I always suffer from the cold and having seen me with the scarf around my shoulders they made the stove available to me, placing it right next to me. Furthermore, my partner, undecided on the flavor of cheesecake to choose, on the advice of the owner chose to combine chocolate with berries. Super helpful and nice!! And super recommended restaurant!

Small restaurant with a structure to be reviewed. Service not very fast and imprecise. But it matters how you eat. Delicious and unusual dishes. Good prices. I would definitely stay here again.

Personale davvero gentile.
I piatti a base di carne ci sono molto piaciuti, dei primi, invece, non ci hanno molto convinto gli accostamenti a nostro parere un pò azzardati.
Un posto con un menù diverso da provare!
