Very good spaghetti with lobster it's expensive but very good Seafood, only the octopus was overcooked

We ordered a starter, a mixed grill and a grilled cuttlefish, both of which had no flavour, as did a side dish of grilled vegetables. Two very sad courses. Two glasses of house wine and a coffee total 135 euros. Absolutely unacceptable value for money.

Delicious and varied starters. Ilario is an excellent host who also pampers the customer with ad hoc dishes such as the sublime tuna tartare. The tuna carpaccio, the gratin and the whitebait fritter are also excellent. Advised

Amazing food and service! 👌🏻👌🏻 Fresh seafood the flavors are 10/10. The staff makes you feel at home, small place, family owned, the home made chili sauce is a must try (it’s spicy but really really good) 🤤

Best fish restaurant in Milan for value for money. With €60/70 you get a mix of endless cooked and raw starters and a first course to share, all very fresh. Really recommended

Do you want to eat good fish in Milan?! You have to come to Ilario's Isolotto. You leave the restaurant very satisfied with the excellent meal and already make plans with friends for the next evening to enjoy another dish.

A small corner of the sea in Milan. What more can you add to this truly exquisite and good place. Ilario is a wonderful person together with all his staff. The cuisine is typical Mediterranean with notes and aromas of beautiful Sardinia. I recommend the delicious hot and cold appetizers and then a huge fish omelette to cheer it all up we drank a Cannonau wine from a thousand and one nights. Prices are fair and honest for the quality and service.

2주의 이탈리아 여행 중에 제일 맛있었습니다 영어는 유창하게 통하진 않지만 너무 친절하고 무엇보다 모든 메뉴가 심지어 식전빵까지 정말 맛있어요 현지 이탈리아분들 예약으로 테이블이 가득 찼었어요 오픈시간에 맞춰 들어와서 빈 테이블 하나 받았습니다
