Good pizza. Service could be improved

I ate with my boyfriend last night, excellent restaurant, friendly and kind staff. Fresh and exquisite cuisine, many varieties of wine. A special restaurant, which we will definitely return to!!! I recommend it to everyone, special!!

Uno dei migliori ristoranti che si possono trovare qui a Faenza. Abbiamo mangiato io e la mia ragazza, tutto buonissimo, il personale molto gentile soprattutto i proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili… Tutto fresco e squisito , lo consiglio a tutti !!! Un esperienza speciale….

Ristorante molto accogliente, molto facile da arrivarci, il cibo eccellente una delle mie miglior pizze che ho mangiato in vita mia, i primi succulenti si sente che sono tutti prodotti freschi. Lo staff impeccabile con la fantastica Alessandra e i titolari molto gentili e cordiali Lo consiglio a tutti se volete mangiare bene

I haven't been to the chalet in years and I won't be going back. I ate well but I hadn't seen the rounding up on the bill with a €5 crest for a while! And at the checkout we had to insist to make him understand that the rounding made him put more money in his pocket. In the end, annoyed, they gave them back to us. Responding to the owner, I'm sorry to contradict you but we were offered nothing, neither banana nor limoncello and we all paid with a debit card so it wasn't a problem of coins or change. That's all. Take it as constructive criticism.
