Castello dei Sorci has changed a lot over the years but has retained all its "tavern" charm. The food is amazing, typical of the place. Incredible atmosphere. Great place to relax.

It is not a real castle but a small fortified village with an interesting history and is worth asking for a guided tour. The food is decent and the service excellent, the setting is characteristic but it would need a lot of small and large works. Signs should certainly be put up to indicate the road, parking and entrance. Outside there is a very beautiful park equipped with games for children, furthermore both from the rooms with windows and from the outside there is a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Bella la location di questo locale. Piatti buoni e prezzo nella media. Non eccezionale, ma comunque tutto sommato un buon locale dove cenare con piatti tipici

Con gli Amici abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata in zona . Poi per chiudere in bellezza si è pranzato in loco . Menù vario e da scegliere . Le tagliatelle al ragù mi hanno soddisfatto e infatti ho saltato il secondo piatto ma preso caffè con dolcetto.

05/12/2023: Siamo stati per un aperitivo abbondante ed abbiamo trovato una buona qualità ed un buon servizio. Unica pecca, ma era comunque il sabato dell’inizio dei mercatini di natale, un discreta lentezza nel servizio, probabilmente dato dal flusso di gente
30/07/2023: Restaurant idéalement situé sur le haut de la place, sous les arcades. Excellents vins au verre (Chianti “Buccia Nera) en rouge et Vermentino Rancoli en blanc). Excellent tartare de saumon en entrée, très bonnes pâtes faites en démonstration à la main devant le restaurant, excellent tataki de thon. C’est assez cher, mais je pense qu’au vu des prestations, ce n’est pas surfait. Nous y étions un dimanche, entourés d’italiens venus fêter quelque chose en famille.

25/09/2023: Last night in Cortona we decided to go here and were glad we did. From the outside you have no idea how big the restaurant is because it's all underground in old Etruscan streets, very cool. Wine was great, food was really good and the service was very good. Highly recommended
02/08/2023: Locale splendido e molto caratteristico nel centro di Cortona. Carne alla brace straordinaria, prezzi adeguati e personale gentile e gradevole. Bravissimi.
