Worth returning to try the contemplated Pasta alla Gricia, it must be said that I went for dinner at Easter and it's normal that there wasn't much choice, but what I ate was well cooked. A tip: desserts, better homemade than bought already made 😊

Un lunedì piovoso di Marzo ci ritroviamo sul lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto alla ricerca di un ristorante per pranzare e fortuna vuole che troviamo la locanda di Aida. Una scoperta al dir poco fantastica, dall'accoglienza della Signora Aida passando all'anomalo menù di terra. Tutto squisito dalle olive ascolane, al tagliere di salumi e formaggi, per non parlare dei primi quali mezze maniche al tartufo nero, salsiccia e pecorino (squisito) e spaghettoni alla gricia non da meno.
La Signora Aida ti fa sentire davvero a casa, è simpatica, gentile e soprattutto brava ai fornelli.
Che dire sicuramente ritorneremo a degustare queste bontà.

I was right not to trust the overly negative reviews that had made me suspicious.
Seeing the place I wanted to try it...and I did very well.
Eaten everything based on truffles and porcini mushrooms: refined dishes (never excessive) and with quality products.
The owner Aida, half English, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable despite having a background in another sector (high profile) proved to be a true hostess and this says a lot about the environment.
So yes, look at the reviews, but then take a look firsthand!!!
The Latins would have said: HIC MANEBIMUS OPTIME!!!

Excellent dishes, excellent raw materials. The cheeses are delicious as are the mushrooms and truffles. The fried olives perhaps leave a little to be desired, they seem industrial. Small but nice place with attention to every detail. Maybe I would have avoided the maritime-themed stain covers since we eat mushrooms and truffles. Good service, perhaps you can see a bit of inexperience on the part of the girls. A big flaw: the waiting times are biblical. We went in at 9pm and left after midnight. Good quality/price ratio
