Locanda La Francisca In Omegna

What a wonderful place in the center of Omegna, a stone's throw from the lake, excellent and well prepared dishes!!!! Marco is an excellent waitress, always attentive to customer needs.

Lovely place and very kind owners. An element worthy of note is the CLEANLINESS: impeccable!! It is difficult to find such well-kept rooms and toilets!! Abundant and delicious breakfast. I didn't give 5 stars just because of a very small inconvenience. The headboard creaked quite a bit, even just by touching it with the pillow. Nothing so dramatic that it would compromise the stay, however :)

I stayed one night with my wife and daughter at this "Locanda" and had dinner in the adjoining restaurant. The courtesy of the staff, the magic of the place, a former monastery and the quality of the food on the list, "forces" me to absolutely recommend a stay and a meal at "La Francisca" in Omegna. We enjoyed a very large and comfortable room, very clean with a bathroom complete with everything you need, also clean, quiet even though it was right in the center of the restricted traffic zone. The town of Omegna, located at the top of Lake Orta, was a pleasant surprise, we were not able to visit it as we would have liked, but it will be a good opportunity to repeat the experience next time, to return to enjoy the hospitality of the 'La Francisca' hotel and restaurant. Super recommended, even for the prices absolutely lower than the quality offered.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo convento riconvertito in struttura ricettizia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camere nuove, silenziose, pulitissime e con tanti kit per gli ospiti. Il personale è molto gentile e anche la colazione, seppur semplice, è stata molto buona. Un plus sono sicuramente la posizione ed il parcheggio privato. Se proprio devo trovare un neo: il letto che cigolava. L' unico rimpianto è quello di non aver provato il loro ristorante: il menù era davvero interessante! Consigliato!

Cenato in gruppo di colleghi con menù concordato. Il posto è molto ben tenuto, pulito ed elegante e ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi. I tavoli comodi e distanziati in piacevoli salette. All’esterno un bel dehor con porticato. Piccolo prosecco di benvenuto con assaggino molto apprezzati. Serviti quattro antipasti alla piemontese nel medesimo piatto, abbondanti e gradevoli. Risotto al barolo e toma discreto ma anonimo e insapore. Guancia di maiale stufata con cestino di patate molto buona. Per chi preferiva è stata offerta una tagliata al suo posto, evidenziando il buon gusto del sito. Vini in abbinamento discreti. Bonet alla piemontese molto ben fatto, il piatto migliore. Servizio attento ed accogliente. No distillati o liquori offerti. Prezzi onesti. Complimenti.

Posto molto tranquillo, d'altronde il periodo di novembre non può essere diverso. Vicino al centro.

Ho solo pranzato al ristorante. Bello il luogo, buona la cucina, buono il servizio. Prezzo adeguato.
