The owner is really friendly, the food is good and the place is nice. There are good beers on tap. I was satisfied and in my opinion the appropriate rating is 4 stars

Very nice place. The food is of excellent quality, I love that the appetizers are fresh (especially the fries). It's a shame that the dishes of the day have to be specifically asked for by the staff (otherwise they won't be told) and for the limited choice of desserts (only tiramisu available). I'll be back

It's been two years since I last ate at L'Orso and I didn't remember the sandwich being so good, it amazed me. I brought some company and they were all impressed with the quality of the sandwich. The staff who served us were very friendly and knowledgeable. The price/quality ratio is right for what you eat. For those who say that "chips are not included"... in reality, yes with some sandwiches and it says so, but if you are "satisfied" with fresh fries, otherwise if you want "specials" you pay a surplus... I find it normal!

The best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. Substantial, succulent, warm, balanced in flavours... something fantastic. Accompanied by an equally good beer that satisfies you with every sip. The environment is also top, tastefully furnished, which makes you feel outside, but at the same time at home. Definitely welcoming. Well-spaced and illuminated tables. The staff then... friendly, approachable, available to describe the dishes and beers... Never found a place like this! Congratulations to the managers for having created such a place and with burgers that are out of this world.

Era da tanto che non mangiavo un hamburger cotto così bene, il panino era delizioso, veramente incredibile! Siamo arrivati alle 19.30 e abbiamo ordinato due birre bianche consigliate dalla cameriera. Poi quando è tornata ci ha portato due bionde scusandosi e dicendo che la bianca era finita e che quelle due bionde piccole erano offerte, quindi ottimo modo di rimediare! È sempre una scocciatura quando finiscono le cose ma se tutti facessero così sarebbe anche bello. Ho ordinato poi anche una birra rossa piccola. Purtroppo coi panini non viene servito nulla. Il panino che costa meno viene 10€ e si sale fino a 15 per un panino veramente mega buono ma che, parliamoci chiaro, non riempie, è abbastanza piccolo. Contando che costa 10-15 euro e che dovete prenderci insieme delle patatine almeno di contorno altrimenti avrete fame, le patate costano 4€ ( ci sono diverse scelte, classiche, alla paprika 5€, al formaggio 5€ e piccanti 5€) siamo su una spesa media di 20-25 euro a persona che a mio avviso è tantino. Ci tornerò sicuramente e spero di alzare il voto perché la bontà merita. I prezzi sono alti anche perché c'è poco posto a sedere quindi capisco che debbano guadagnare qualcosa come è giusto che sia, però mi aspetto almeno le patate insieme al panino, aumentate di 3€ tutto ma mettetele nel piatto insieme, è più bello da vedere e almeno il piatto si riempie perché portare un piatto da secondi con in mezzo un piccolo panino lascia perplessi. Consiglio sicuramente di andare perché merita ma ha i suoi difetti, tornerò!
