Typical tavern with quality dishes. The cold cuts and the basket of sausage and radicchio puff pastry are excellent. The rabbit roll accompanied by caponata and cooked herbs is heavenly. Good bulk red wine. Homemade tiramisu is worth trying.

Every time I have the opportunity to eat here, it is certainly very pleasant. Now it has never become a fixed point, which I recommend to friends who have the opportunity to take a trip to those places.

Booked at the last minute because we were staying there near Combai on Christmas day, the owner was so kind to let me have lunch in the room even though he was organized mostly for takeaway. I want to thank him and his staff for their availability and the excellent cuisine, thank you for allowing us to have a peaceful Christmas ❤️

Trip out of town to Cison di Valmarino on Sunday. We randomly book the day before at this tavern. It is located in the center of a very nice small town. External appearance of a real tavern. Few seats inside, warm and welcoming environment. There were 15 of us, adults and children. Few dishes available, without frills, the main dish of the house is the spit and tripe. We ordered skewer. It is served with cooked vegetables and stewed beans. Everything was excellent and plentiful! honest price! We'll come back to visit them! Well done, keep it up!

Trippa buona con erba in tecia e fagioli all'uccelletto il locale tipo osteria molto carino con tavoli anche all'esterno 😀

Una rara sorpresa positiva dove qualità e prezzo sono straordinari. Un' osteria da ritornare spesso. Titolari e collaboratori accolgono come se fosse una famiglia. Scopritela e ritornerete.

Ho fatto solo una colazione in un luogo di persone di paese dove tutte si incontrano salutano in una armonia di convivenza con scambi aimè di tutti i problemi di tutti . Però bello !!!! La prossima tappa sarà il cibo.

31/03/2024: Today was Easter Sunday and it was rightly crowded and we couldn't expect everything to go perfectly and quickly, but I have something to say: first of all if you decide to keep it open on a public holiday you have to know how to organize yourself, which wasn't done . We booked for 1.45pm and they made us wait standing together with many other people (who also complained) for a long time, having to wait for the other customers to clear the tables, this in itself is an organizational error. They seat us around 2.15pm and our food arrives at 2.30pm. Around 2.40pm they told us that the kitchen was now closed and the last order had to be placed. We, obviously, had just started eating, but once we reported this, they told us that there was nothing they could do. We can't say we died of hunger, because from that moment on, dishes after dishes arrived that we had never ordered. They don't even have fortune cookies and the kids were disappointed. I have also come other times and the place is very nice and the food is also good and there is a lot of choice, plus they are always very fast, I can't say anything about this.
27/03/2024: Tried it at the last minute on a beautiful, sunny Sunday for lunch. The staff was kind to seat us even though we hadn't booked and the place was just as full! Lots of selection of dishes, even though we were only there for lunch. Sufficient, almost optimal freshness of the products. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
