07/04/2024: Without a doubt, this place seems to be an authentic jewel, a timeless culinary oasis. The mastery, simplicity and grace that emerge from the renovation of this ancient oil mill abandoned for centuries are palpable, and are reflected with the same force in the dishes served there. The reworkings of the ancient recipes of the Cilento tradition, together with the poor ingredients of the territory, find their gratification and importance here. Although the choice of the three tasting menus (meat, fish and vegetarian) is limited and must be the same for all diners, it is reassuring to know that some changes to the courses can be made out of necessity or to satisfy personal tastes. The staff and chef seem to be on top of the dining experience, welcoming and friendly. Without a doubt, a place to visit for those looking for cuisine that combines tradition and creativity in a place dominated by the peace and flow of the adjacent stream.

11/12/2023: La struttura è un vecchio mulino ripreso con sapienza utilizzando materiali antichi come la pietra e nuovi come il vetro e l’acciaio. Detto questo entriamo in cucina: abbiamo preso uno dei quattro percorsi e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti: cucina di altissimo livello, qualità dei prodotti straordinaria. Tutti gli accostamenti dei sapori studiati nel dettaglio e anche se qualcosa può non piacere, non si rimane delusi. Personale educato e garbato, posto tranquillo e rilassante: sicuramente ci torneremo per provare gli altri menu.
