Mascagni Pisa In Pisa

Me and my partner stayed here one night on the first of April which is a holiday in Italy. Our first impression was a very distracted receptionist who gave us wrong information stating the restaurant was open when it was closed. The location for the hotel is good, 15-20 minute walk to the leaning tower of Pisa. The walk passes through a sad, dark, tunnel though. This hotel is five stars, which brought up my expectations a lot, I see the potential but everything feels torn and not maintained. The door handle comes of the door when closing, cracked plastic and bad caulk work on sockets and joints. They provided towels, hygiene products for shower which was nice but no robe. The rooms had nice TV, spacious rooms, good WiFi, mini-bar and safes which was all nice features. The breakfast was okay. I would visit again if I come to Pisa, but keep your expectations down regarding the rating.

Good location, comfortable rooms and good restaurant for breakfast too. A few details to improve and above all the price of parking is too high

Rooms were fantastic and the balcony view of the tower of pisa was lovely. Service was okay, a little hit and miss and in the evening people at thw front desk didn't seem to know what time their own restaurant closed. Some staff were very unhelpful when it came to ordering food late at night, i had landed at 10pm and the restaurant was closed. One member suggested as a solo female traveller in a new place, that I take an unsafe 20 mins walk into the centre of Pisa to find food, alone. They wouldnt help much with fihuring out delivery options and finding an option where I could pay in cash, so I had to use my UK deliveroo and pay the conversion fees. If landing after 9pm, and staying here, please grab food from the airport before you check in!

Ottimo hotel, pulito, tranquillo, confortevole e accogliente.

Sicuramente non è un cinque stelle ma un tre abbondante. La posizione è ottima (Piazza dei miracoli e’ facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15 minuti a piedi lungo una pista pedonabile), facilità di parcheggio sia a pagamento che libero nelle immediate vicinanze. Il personale si è dimostrato cortese ed educato. Gli ambienti sono un po’ datati (corridoi, porte e la sedia in camera) La camera era molto spaziosa, ben riscaldata con frigobar e cassaforte come dotazioni. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un rifacimento (mobili scollati, rubinetteria ossidata ed alcune piastrelle erano nere da muffa). Colazione nello standard, personale addetto cortese ed educato. Segnalo la presenza di una piscina esterna che non so se funzionante nel periodo estivo. Nonostante tutto, consigliato.

Non vale assolutamente le 5 stelle

Qualità del cibo buona ma scarse porzioni, I servizi igienici lasciano qualche perplessità. Parcheggio totalmente al buio. Cena aziendale

It is not for sure a 5 star hotel, but the room is so big and clean. Parking is not included, you have to pay 15€/day
