When it was still a restaurant I had come there a few times and I was always very satisfied. Post covid they only do takeaway, I see the quality hasn't changed. Definitely top. Raw materials of the highest order, careful preparation and excellent taste. If you serve sushi to go... without a doubt the best place. I honestly hope sooner or later they want to reopen as a restaurant.

From what I understand they only do takeaway, we got takeaway and ate on the beach, we left Perugia almost on purpose to try 😅it's a little expensive, but the quality is really excellent, the space ramen... maybe the shio ramen was the broth is a little too salty for my taste... even if you take it away the dishes are very beautiful to look at (even the eye wants its part🤣) I booked the collection for 7.30pm and everything was ready right on time at that time, and the guy was very kind! We will definitely be back very soon😋
