The location is very nice, nothing to say about the people who work but the place is dirty especially in the bathrooms and then the gypsy in wheelchairs who knocks on you to get your money in front of the cash registers is unacceptable I think the security should let certain people out

Very busy but also efficient. Good selection of sweets. Had chicken nuggets and cheese burger.

This Is the only McDonald's I went in Italy and it felt different then in Aruba bc you need to order in a tv screen or thing to order your meal and I'd say this was a very modern McDonald's that I've been to with 2 floors lol 😝

Lunch time on any day. Crazy crowd. If I have any complaints it is precisely about the users: disorganized, rowdy and rude, mostly young, rowdy students. I can't say anything about the way in which the staff were efficient and went about trying to manage a huge workload situation. Different staff members are also needed to manage the human river like traffic police.

30/03/2024: effective and precise service, very nice, professional and fast waitresses, the manager competent, kind and available to satisfy customer requests; clean and welcoming environment, also equipped with balloons for children. The menu has a wide choice of dishes and there is an excellent quality/price ratio. It's all very good. great experience, I highly recommend.
