27/03/2024: Located in a building from the 70s, it looks like a typical old-fashioned hotel. I was happy to have found a clean room, comfortable bed, warm environment with everything working. The manager of the property was extremely courteous and kind. Ready to satisfy all possible needs. Abundant quality breakfast. Highly recommended. If I were to return to Senigallia it would be my certainty to stay in this old-fashioned hotel.

02/11/2023: Comparable to a bad and breakfast not to a hotel for services. I was one of the few customers but they assigned me a room at the end of the corridor on the second floor which can only be accessed after climbing two flights of stairs, unsuitable for the elderly or for those with walking problems including the bathroom raised by a step of 5 cm above the floor therefore both the rooms and the bathroom would be inaccessible for disabled people with walking aids. rooms, furthermore the light in the corridor turns off after a few metres. It can only be turned back on by looking for the switch in the next room in total darkness.
