I returned from New York a few days ago, and I must say that the McDonald's here in Busnago is much faster and more efficient than the one in Times Square in New York!

nice place, food also the only negative thing is that they have all types of drinks EXCEPT THE FENNEL HERBS (very good) please add it, since spoiled people like me don't like tea and chamomile, please add it thank you so much 🫶

I would like to do a different review than usual, because we all know Mc Donald's products by now and if we go to Mc Donald's it's because we like them. Today for lunch I was in this McDonald's and I observed how the hostess Gaia was committed to ensuring that all customers were satisfied with the service. This aspect is very important because the customer wants to feel at home, at ease. He managed all his roles well, despite it being a peak time (between 12 and 1pm). When I go to commercial businesses I like to see people who are committed to their work in order to satisfy the customer. Finding people like Gaia who, thanks to their smile, kindness and helpfulness, can make us feel at ease is a great feeling. Especially in a moment of break from your work or at the end of a stressful day, transmitting serenity and tranquility is very important. On the other hand, we customers, even before being customers, are people and it is gratifying to see that there are still people like Gaia who, despite everything, manage to always be available to welcome and assist.. So congratulations to Gaia and congratulations to Mc Donald's who know how to choose the best people to include in their restaurants. A commercial activity is made first by People and then by products. It is the People who behave like Gaia who are successful in their work career: we customers, as people, realize who puts their heart and soul into their work and who is cynical and only thinks about clocking in. The customer sees everything and if he feels good and is satisfied, he comes back! So congratulations to Gaia and to those like her who work hard every day in their work to make customers happy and satisfied.

Per i menu hamburger ok ma le colazioni lasciano un po' a desiderare. Mettono in vetrina ciambelle e muffing ancora surgelati dentro. Io ho trovato una ciambella che odorava di vecchio....

Purtroppo esperienza non ottimale, per essere un fast food è stato poco fast. Essendo all'interno di un grande centro commerciale molto frequentato, ci si aspetterebbe più organizzazione, mancano sempre i segnaposto per consegne al tavolo, il che spesso ti costringe ad attendere in piedi accalcati in mezzo al passaggio, più di una volta il mio ordine completato è rimasto sul pass in attesa che qualcuno si accorgesse di dover avvisare, tant'è che ho dovuto farlo presente a 3 persone diverse che non mi hanno prestato ascolto. Purtroppo queste mancanze non si limitano ad una volta ma è successo spesso. Da migliorare sicuramente
