Non è la prima volta che visitiamo questo ristorante giapponese, purtroppo questa volta siamo stati delusi soprattutto dal servizio , che ha disatteso le aspettative nipponiche .
Sushi, sashimi e gyoza eccellenti come sempre, mentre lo yuba non ci è piaciuto.
Il secondo a base di salmone pieno di spine e parti del pesce non commestibili , con le bacchette come si fa ?

Everything excellent. I ate the tempura which was very good, because I don't digest fried food well, except in rare cases. I chose it because there aren't many alternatives to sushi. The problem is the lack of variety on the menu. Some dishes are only available one day a week and never on weekends.

Good authentic Japanese restaurant. Recommended everything: tofu, tempura, sushi and panna cotta. The salmon in particular was an excellent experience. Perhaps the portions are not too generous and the seating is a little narrow. But the service is courteous and attentive

Japan in Turin is found here, a stone's throw from the Gran Madre. The heavenly food has incredible flavors and combinations. Excellent raw materials, perfectly processed, bring the quality of the food to levels of excellence, enhanced by breathtaking presentations. Wide choice on the menu, with the possibility of tasting menus of various types, optionally paired with sake. Formal but courteous service, in line with the elegant but welcoming venue. Absolutely coming back to taste other dishes. Correct prices in proportion to the quality of the food.

Esperienza fantastica. Locale con pochi tavoli, molto curato e intimo. Camerieri gentilissimi e molto attenti. Percorso di degustazione assolutamente consigliato per poter provare tutte le prelibatezze preparate dallo chef. Assolutamente consigliato l'abbinamento con i sakè.
