Mokambo In Mascali

We were there early March 2024. Staff were very friendly. On first impressions it is a very run-down site but it was everything we wanted.

I arrived here in winter with my bike and tent. Finally a campsite where there was nothing going on. There was also the beautiful pebble beach, which was also very quiet. Only the WiFi only works when it wants to :(

A good break for 2 cyclists at the end of November. Good points : - the view of Etna which allowed us to observe the eruptions - clean sanitary facilities - plenty of space to set up the tent Negative points : - had no information that the campsite is part of a campsite network allowing access to discounts for other campsites on the island. So don't hesitate to ask for the card allowing you to have discounts for your nights. - it is very very cold in the bathrooms - welcome without more

Wonderful campsite. Very nice, with the beach next to it and beautiful views of the volcano. Everything is very clean and the managers are very friendly and always helping. Totally recommendable. I have been there for two days in November, few people, that made it even better.

We were supposed to stay for 2 days and it ended up being 15. Quiet campsite, a restaurant where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food, fresh (hot) rolls in the morning, small shop but a super cozy campsite. Finally a washing machine that washed well. Old sanitary facilities and only 3 showers, but we were there in November so there was plenty of room. Everything is actually available! Close to a beautiful large beach, just need to cross the road, but an excellent crossing. For what campsites were open in November, this was the best campsite we have had. Renew the sanitary facilities and nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work!

We were there in November. Very nice location of the campsite, right by the sea, overlooking the volcano, not far from beautiful Taormina. The campsite is well-kept and clean (no rubbish lying everywhere). There was a restaurant open, but we didn't use it, so I can't judge. The disadvantages include the lack of personal hygiene products in the bathrooms (soap, toilet paper), no hot water for washing dishes, and the showers need to be renovated.

Charmant petit camping qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui mérite le détour! Nous sommes venus en tente en novembre, une superbe vue sur l'Etna. Emplacement idéal entre Taormina et Catane, et facilement accessible par la proche gare de Giarre à 2km. Un petit restaurant familiale juste trop bien!! prix très abordables pour une cuisine traditionnel de qualité! 35€ la nuit avec 1 voiture, 2 adultes, 1enfant et 1 tente, franchement correct pour un camping en Sicile.

Bellissimo campeggiò, bagni pulitissimi e profumati! All'interno c'è anche un ristorantino, si mangia divinamente! Prodotti freschi. Proprietari gentilissimi. Da ritornare!

Toller Campingplatz mit gutem und günstigen Restaurant, viel Platz und super freundliches Personal leider ist das Meer dort nicht so schön, aber tolle Aussicht auf den Ätna.

Non posso valutare i bungalow in quanto siamo stati ospitati dalla struttura nella zona camper. Personale e proprietari sempre disponibili. Ristorante ben attrezzato e ottima cucina. Servizi igienici e docce vecchi e non all'altezza per il prezzo chiesto. La struttura ha chiesto il pagamento dall'intero soggiorno subito all'arrivo, però dopo abbiamo capito il perché. Mare sempre sporco con il rischio di prendersi qualche malattia. Molto distante dalle attrazioni principali necessità di noleggio auto. Di positivo c'è la distanza tra struttura ed il mare ( quando è pulito).
