Found by chance on a work day. The knowledgeable owner and with folklore explanations (intended in a positive way) of Japan (not always accurate since I was in Japan for years with the national judo team) took us on a sublime tasting between Japanese tradition and creativity! I haven't tasted such high quality Japanese food in years! Impeccable service and bill appropriate to the quality of the food! Absolutely worth trying!

It is very good to eat, especially the German shepherd's paw seasoned with lemon sauce, and the deer intestine and strawberry jelly is very good for dessert.

A truly particular cuisine, particularly good indeed! Everything starts and is born from the raw material: something that we have rarely had the chance/luck to try. These are exclusively caught and not farmed fish, selected specifically for Japanese preparations, therefore very specific cuts and varieties. Of course, communicating this uniqueness is not an easy job, especially in a city like Milan, where the restaurants offering Japanese cuisine are numerous, but unfortunately a downward standardization prevails which unfortunately has uneducated palates. Well this task is carried out admirably by the manager who dedicated 20 minutes to explaining their philosophy, their cuisine, the raw materials used, transmitting incredible passion and competence. On top of that, he offered us a little sashimi tasting to make us understand what he was talking about - well it was amazing! I remember the shock I felt when tasting the white tuna they offered... in short, if you love Japanese, you are in a temple here! We let ourselves be guided on a tasting journey without opening the menu! Good and recommended choice. We thus had the opportunity to appreciate 2 types of tartare based on sea bass and pink prawns garnished with skill and delicacy, we then moved on to some spectacular temaki, made with never banal ingredients, to end with a fantastic selection of uramaki: I have never eaten anything like it . Honest account and in line with the location and quality of the offer.

Very particular dishes (creative menu) and very traditional authentic Japanese atmosphere. The owner is very nice and thoughtful. Definitely a place I would like to return to!

Authentic Japanese place like there are few in Italy. Kind owner and above all happy to guide the choice of courses with those who, like us, are not very knowledgeable on the subject. Highly recommended

Absolutely must try! Exceptional experience in a real Japanese restaurant. Michele is a great host, kind and professional! At his suggestion we tried the tasting route and were super satisfied! The quality of the raw material is of the highest level. We can't wait to return and try other delicacies too.
