Referring to the review by Federica P I think you have the wrong person and place... the kindness, the professionalism, Basilio's attention towards his customers is out of the ordinary... it seems really strange to me...

I had a great time, beyond the food I recommend trying the desserts prepared by the chef, a delight.

Cozy and very clean place, excellent service, the cuisine is a journey into flavours. Chef Tindaro is a very precise and thoughtful person, ready to satisfy customers' needs. Even in my case, as I am allergic to certain foods, he was able to advise and reassure me, and I was able to enjoy dinner without worries. What about the chef's creation of panettone? A pleasure, unique and very particular flavour. Congratulations to all the staff and thanks again for the magnificent culinary experience... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen, hohe Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung. Ein ungewöhnliches Konzept, aber was Basilio und sein Bruder Tindaro als Koch bieten ist für uns in Sizilien auch nach 3 Urlauben unübertroffen. Mare crudo ist der Hammer. Absolute Empfehlung.

Il Bistrot Murauto è una vera gemma per gli appassionati della cucina di mare gourmet. Qui, la freschezza del pescato si unisce alla creatività degli chef, risultando in piatti come il COUS COUS di pesce o la tartar di tonno che delizia il palato con sapori autentici e puri. Nonostante l'elevato standard dei piatti proposti, il ristorante mantiene un prezzo assolutamente corretto, che rispecchia la qualità e la cura impiegate in ogni piatto. Un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello che garantisce un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.
